When: Friday September 30th 2022. Start time depends on your students grade. This activity will happen during school hours but families are invited to watch or even participate!
Race Start Times for Each Grade:
Each grade will be wearing a different color to help Color Daybreak with Kindness. Think head to toe in your grades color!

*Here is an example of what your child should wear on Sept 30th (Family in attendance could also dress up as well)
Family members are encouraged to come and participate. We would love for you to participate by walking/running with your student, volunteering, or cheering at the school. If you would like to run with your child then meet at the starting line at the correct start time. There is no fee to run with your child.
The race is 1.2 miles long, ending with three obstacle courses on the Daybreak field, Please see the attached map for course route. Plan for 30-40 minutes from start to finish. When the obstacles are complete, the student’s will race to the big blow up FINISH sign. Once through they will get to pick a popsicle, dance to music, and celebrate with their family/friends!!!
Every student in grades 1st-6th grade are required to have a signed permission slip or will only be able to participate in the kindergarten fun run route which is on the school campus. Kindergarten students do not need a permission slip. The permission slips need to be turned in to their teachers.
